Drizzle balsamic vinegar reduction over the chicken in the pan.For a thicker sauce, that has a glaze or liquid honey consistency, you will need to cook it until it reduces to a quarter of the original amount of balsamic vinegar.The goal of making a reduction sauce is to heat the sauce until its moisture content is lowered and the desired flavor and consistency has been reached.Allow the vinegar to cool before using.The longer you cook the balsamic vinegar, the thicker and more concentrated it will become.As soon as the balsamic reduction reaches the consistency and concentration level that you prefer, remove it from the heat, and let it cool down.



How to Make Balsamic Reduction, the great thing about making balsamic reduction at home is that it only takes one ingredient balsamic vinegar.
